Founded three years ago, the tour operator ANKTI AGÊNCIA DE VIAGENS E TURISMO is a small, rising and professional leaded travel agency in the center of Nova Friburgo. Far away from overall tourism, the national and international customers of the travel agency book flights to the south or the northeast of brazil by the agency, or get organized an individual travel program for Nova Friburgo and its impressing surrounding landscape.
We look for people, who are experienced in the tourism industry or want to get educated in this field. The trainees will get to know all parts of the agency and mainly will be working in the marketing field. The aim of the company’s management is to develop a special travel program for the needs of Europeans and therefore wants to check out the referring marketing possibilities in Germany and other countries.
Necessary qualifications for the cooperation are flexibility, creativity and skills in intercultural communication. Apart from that the trainee should have a good knowledge of Portuguese language, which also can be acquired before the training period in an intensive language course in Rio de Janeiro.
The working place: Nova Friburgo, a city with 180.000 inhabitants, is a former Swiss colony and is located about 140 kilometers away from Rio de Janeiro in the green and hilly area in the back of the federal state of Rio. The city, that has conserved various swiss and german traditions until to the presence, is a cultural and business attraction point and is also well known outside the region for being the biggest producer of top quality underwear in Latin America. |
